Customised Home Design

Every house plan is fully customisable, allowing families to create the home they truly desire.

Construction Cost

₹2,500 per sq. ft.

Roof tiles and interior works (wardrobe, kitchen cupboards) are not included.

Total Investment

Each family contributes: ₹7,00,000 (excluding plot cost & basic construction cost)

Additional Shared Expenses

Water tank & motor

Shed

Plumbing & electrification

Electricity connection charges

Laying floor tiles on the public roads

Lighting on both sides of the internal roads

All these will be shared equally among residents.
